- Anterior teeth; 20 canals.
- Posterior teeth; 15 canals.
- Preparation of sharply curved canals does big damage to the file, we recommend one-time use.
- Explore the canal using #10 SS manual file.
- Use SX to open the canal, and establish a straight glide path. Speed 300 rpm, & torque 3.0 Ncm.
- Irrigate, then expand a glide path by Path File #12.5, or # 15, or # 20. Speed 350 rpm, & torque 1.5 Ncm.
- Use G1 to prepare to 3-4 mm shorter than the working length. Speed 350 rpm, & torque 2.0 Ncm.
- Use G2 to prepare to the full working length. Speed 350 rpm, & torque 1.5 Ncm.
- Use G3 to prepare to the full working length. Speed 350 rpm, & torque 1.5 Ncm.
- If required, use G4 to finalize the canal to the full working length. Speed 350 rpm, & torque 1.5 Ncm.
- Copious irrigation between files & using EDTA with the files is important.
