PomPac & PomCol
Product Details
- The PomPac & PomCol are used to keep the blood cool during the drawing.
- The temperature of blood plays significant role on coagulation. Lower temperature delay coagulation and save fibrinogen during blood drawing.
- This increase the size of PRF clots, & increase the volume of plasma created.
- Protocol;
- The tubes, butterflies, PomPac, & PomCol are all stored in refrigerator.
- Place the tubes i the PomPac to keep them 39.2 F.
- Apply the PomCol around the butterfly once the needle is placed in the patient.
- Grab a tube from the PomPac, fill it using PomCol, and return it in the PomPac.
- After all tubes are filled and stored in PomPac, put them in the centrifuge, and continue the proccess.
- If you would like to keep the tubes in the liquid state,keep them in the PomPac until use.
